A shareholder in the Southern California law firm Cripe & Graham, TSC General Counsel Gary Cripe represents clients in the areas of antitrust, commercial and securities litigation, healthcare law, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory matters involving a variety of Federal agencies.  He has extensive experience as a litigator, highlights of which include representation of clients whose award was one of the largest punitive damage verdicts sustained on appeal in the State of California, and an eight-figure judgment obtained on behalf of a client whose attempted leveraged buyout of a publicly-traded company was wrongly thwarted by the company. Mr. Cripe also serves as general counsel of Pappas Telecasting Companies. In that capacity, he has advised Pappas Telecasting with regard to litigation, the acquisition and construction of numerous television stations, and regulatory matters involving the Federal Communications Commission. Prior to founding Cripe & Graham, Mr. Cripe was a litigation partner with Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays & Handler.
